Visitation and Inmate Services

The Hamilton County Justice Center uses video visitation through Securus Technologies. Onsite visitation is available Monday through Friday from 11 am to 6:30 pm. Remote visitation runs Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 8:40 pm and Sunday from 11 am to 8:40 pm. Each visit allows up to 4 people including children.

The Reading Road Facility has onsite visitation only, limited to 15 minutes. Different floors have different visit days and times. The Woodburn Avenue Facility offers onsite visitation on Saturday and Sunday from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm, also limited to 15 minutes.

Funds can be deposited to an inmate's commissary account through CommissaryDeposit online or by mailing a money order to the Justice Center with the inmate's name and ID number.

Hamilton County accepts public records requests by fax at 513-946-4444, by email through the county website, and in person.
